Loft 19 Dental Reopened as of May 19, 2020

We hope you are safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. 

As a part of Phase 2 of BC’s Restart Plan, we recently reopened our doors on Tuesday, May 19th. We will be following the direction and guidance of the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia on how to safely do so and as such, have implemented some new measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff: 

• We will be pre-screening each patient prior to their appointment. If you have any flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, etc.), have traveled recently, or have had any possible contacts with confirmed cases of COVID-19, please ensure to disclose this in advance and stay home. 

• We will be providing hand sanitizer that we ask you to use upon arrival to your appointment. 

• To ensure social distancing, we will be only welcoming patients with appointments into the office at this time, with the exception of parents or guardians accompanying minors. 

• As always, staff will be wearing masks and all necessary personal protective equipment.

• As always, we will clean, disinfect, and sterilize all operatory rooms and instruments between every patient visit. 

• In addition, we will disinfect all high touch areas in the waiting room and reception area. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidelines according to the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia and the Provincial Health Officer.
